Are your products suitable for vegetarians/ vegans/ coeliacs/ those with allergies?
All our products are designed to be suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs. We also try and avoid most other allergens. Please see About Scoff for more details on our allergy policies.
Are you registered with the Vegan Society or Coeliac UK?
Not yet, but it’s something we are looking into.
How long does your fudge last?
We would say that it is good for at least 3 weeks if stored in a cool dry place. However, if you would like it to last longer (if you’re sure you can hold off eating it for that long!) then you can always pop it in your freezer, ideally in a tupperware box, and then it will last for months.
How long do your chocolate truffles last?
They should be stored in the fridge when they arrive. They will then last for 3 weeks.
What is the weight of a bag of fudge?
As each bag is cut and packaged by hand, there may be some variation. But each bag will have at least 150g in it.
Your website uses Paypal to take payments, but I don’t have a Paypal account. How can I pay you?
Just click ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ and you will be able to pay without a Paypal account.
How long does delivery take?
We can send our treats anywhere in the UK. Delivery costs £3.70. The orders will be sent 1st class Royal Mail and will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being received.
Where is my order?
We will always send an email to let you know that your order has been received, and another one to let you know that it’s been dispatched. If you then find it has not arrived when you expected, please get in touch with us.
Can I send your treats as a gift?
Yes of course. Just enter the correct delivery details at checkout, and also add a note to the transaction so that we know to remove the price from the parcel. Also, you can let us know if you have a message you would like included.
Are payments made through your site secure?
Yes, they are. All transactions are taken via Paypal, which is worldwide online payment network. This also means that we do not hold or store any of your card details.
